What is CarboLite

The ordinary bean is one of the oldest foods known to man. The white kidney bean originally came from Mexico and Guatemala but is now dispersed worldwide. How does such a basic food help us lose weight? The answer is simple, The white Kidney Bean contains an enzyme which prevents us breaking down starch to glucose in the food we eat. Starchy foods, such as potatoes, bread, rice and pasta when eaten are broken down into simple sugars such as glucose which when absorbed into our blood stream gives us the energy we need to live. However, when we over eat and produce excess glucose in our blood our livers convert it into body fat. CarboLite stops this happening by temporarily inhibiting the enzyme alpha amylase , the enzyme that breaks down starch to glucose.
So what happens to the starch? Well it carries down the digestive system and is excreted.


So why is L-arabinose included in CarboLite? This is the clever bit where the extra benefit comes from. L-arabinose is a natural carbohydrate substance commonly found in fruits, vegetables, and other plants that contain complex sugars, pectins and hemicelluloses, which have been proven to inhibit the absorption of dietary fats and carbohydrates and, thus, stop the gain of fat in overweight and obese people, L-arabinose contains naturally-occurring enzymes that block the breakdown of sucrose to glucose which is readily absorbed into the bloodstream, which in excess is converted by the liver into body fat.

Is Carbo Lite safe?

There have been several double-blind tests done on white kidney bean extract and the results confirm that there is no risk to your health. Blood sugar levels after starchy meal consumption have been tested and found to increase minimally after 45 minutes, which is when the normal sugar spike would be found.

When should you take CarboLite?

Studies have shown that a pill taken just before or just as you consume your starchy meal works best. It makes no difference if the starch is from bread, rice, potatoes or noodle soup.

What if you forget take CarboLite?

Whilst taking CarboLitebefore or with a starch rich meal is best, taking it after the meal or as soon as you remember during the meal still provides some benefit.
