Lose Weight The Dr Taylor Way
Over half of all women and two thirds of all men in the UK are either overweight or obese. Obesity is when someone has put on weight to the point that it could seriously endanger their health. This is caused by a combination of eating too much and not doing enough physical activity. What are these 3 Herbs and what do they do?

Spirulina

Hoodia does help suppress your appetite if taken in sufficient quantity. The active ingredient called P57 acts on the appetite centers of the brain. Unlike spirulina hoodia does not counteract the blood sugar drops that occur following the consumption of refined carbohydrates like soft drinks, biscuits, white bread, white rice and other simple carbohydrates. Hoodia does not stop you from feeling hungry after strenuous exercise, in other words hoodia doesn't cause your body to lose its mind when your muscles are screaming out for calories.

Green Tea
Green Tea stimulates the metabolism and accelerates weight loss. Green tea contains powerful antioxidants called catechin polyphenols that are responsible for many of the health benefits of green tea. One of them in particular, epigallocatechin gallate (or EGCG for short), has been found to stimulate the metabolism and accelerate Weight Loss.

EGCG, along with the caffeine in green tea, stimulates the central nervous system and causes fat to be released into the blood stream for the body to use as fuel. This process of fat being used for energy is called “thermogenesis”. It provides extra energy, sheds excess water, and also helps to burn body fat.

Health Warning
It is recommended that Hoodia is not taken continuously for more than three months.
If after three months you have not reached your target weight it is advisable to continue to take Spirulina and Polyphenol Forte and restart taking Hoodia after a further four weeks.
